Senior Management Advisor at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s National Ignition Facility.

Mr. Rardin's career includes pivotal roles such as Senior Management Advisor at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s National Ignition Facility (NIF) and Assistant Director of Administration for the Central Design Group (CDG) of the Superconducting Super Collider (SSC). At NIF, he developed program strategies, project management systems, and partnerships. At CDG, he managed financial, procurement, and administrative support for the projected $8 billion project. He has also served as DOE's Area Manager and Contracting Officer for the Solar Energy Research Institute (now the National Renewable Energy Laboratory) and directed the $500 million SAREF Program at Argonne National Laboratory. Additionally, as Chief Test Engineer for the Aerojet/Westinghouse nuclear rocket program, he oversaw test operations and system modifications.
