Mr. Pat Schwinger has over 42 years of industry experience in construction, engineering, operations, maintenance, turnover, startup, project management, procurement, licensing and decommissioning. This included managing all design and testing aspects of an advanced fast reactor project teaming with an international partner.

He’s held positions as Chief Engineer, Design Authority and cross-discipline Engineering Manager while also serving as part of the executive team as the Senior Vice President, Engineering at TerraPower.

Recently, he was Head of Engineering and Chief Engineer at Commonwealth Fusion Systems for the SPARC project, from initial design through construction and start of commissioning activities.
